網路電視Joost董事長遭撤換

（路透赫爾辛基12日電）網路電話業巨擘Skype幾位創辦人共同擁有的網路電視公司Joost昨晚宣布，股東已表決通過撤換大名鼎鼎的董事長沃琵（MikeVolpi）。
　　沃琵6月底卸下Joost執行長一職後，繼續擔任公司董事長，他去職後加入風險投資公司Index Ventures。包括Index Ventures在內的財團已向網拍巨擘EBay出價19億美元，想聯合吃下Skype公司的65%股權。
　　有消息人士表示，Skype共同創辦人詹士莊（Niklas Zennstrom）和佛里斯（Janus Friis）已和數家私募基金公司接洽，試圖出價買回Skype。
　　Joost發布聲明表示：「基於股東投票結果，沃琵已離開董事會，並卸下董事長職務。」
　　聲明又說：「公司和董事會正在調查沃琵擔任執行長和董事長期間的作為。」　　　　沃琵在路透今天查詢此事時，僅透過電子郵件表示：「我和Joost不再有任何關聯。」中央社(翻譯)
